LEADER-projekti raames soetas Plokk AS tootmisesse nelikant-hööveldusseadme WEINIG Profimat 23 Fortec, et töödelda puidutoorainet kohapeal ning muuta tootmine kiiremaks ja tõhusamaks.

Eesmärgid

Projekti eesmärk oli vähendada sõltuvust välistest höövelmaterjali tarnijatest, suurendada tootmise paindlikkust ja lühendada tarneaegu. Samuti soovisime alandada toodete omahinda, kasvatada ettevõttesisest lisandväärtust ning tugevdada oma konkurentsipositsiooni rahvusvahelistel eksporditurgudel.

Tulemused

Seadme kasutuselevõtt muutis tootmisprotsessi märgatavalt efektiivsemaks, vähendas materjalikadu ning võimaldas kiiremini ja paindlikumalt tellimustele reageerida. Investeeringuga loodi uus töökoht ning suurenes ettevõtte iseseisvus ja konkurentsivõime, eriti Saksamaa ja Skandinaavia sihtturgudel.
